I am 100% satisfied with EC tree service who yet again did an amazing job. They were able to remove my 100ft Monterey Pine tree from a very tight spot. The entire team were professional from start to finish, working with my neighbor also to make sure he was inconvenienced as little as possible. The crew worked tirelessly to get the job finished and kept the site clean throughout. EC connected me with an arborist and helped me work with the city to file the right paperwork for a tree removal permit. Additionally, I was able to add on stump grinding, last minute and when I was happy with everything, another team came to put the fence back up. Thank you EC..Natasha Stirrup Los Altos

EC Tree did a fantastic job on my trees I had a large Camphor and a magnolia trimmed back. I would’ve liked a little more off the top of my Camphor but in conversation I guess it wasn’t the best thing to do. Would definitely have them out again. They came on time. Did a great job and cleaned up very nicely. These are a before and after of the Camphor.

Elmer Cano, the owner of EC Tree Service, responded immediately to my call and an hour later, as promised, was on our doorstep with tablet in hand to take photos of our heritage oak tree and others that needed shaping and pruning away from our home for safety reasons. He listened carefully to our concerns, responded with his own expert guidance, and within 15 minutes of leaving our property, he emailed us his very reasonable bid (the lowest we received) together with his insurance and liability packet. And then, the very next day, his team of three polite, energetic workers arrived, followed later by another team of five. Within hours they had tackled four huge oak trees and removed all the heavy branches from our steep, three-acre property. They asked us to review their work, making sure we were satisfied. We couldn’t have been more pleased. And throughout the project, we received calls from Elmer’s home office informing us of each next step. We are grateful for EC Tree Service’s kind, responsive, efficient, and superb service. We will most certainly use them again.

UPDATE! I entrust E.C. Tree with all my trees and have them do yearly maintenance. I am always happy with the results. The price is fair and the crew is skilled. I love watching the work and the care that they take. I will continue to use them. Tree maintenance is very important and I learned the hard way several years ago.
I am a repeat customer. EC Tree Service has been delivery quality service to me for a few years. They have taken care of an emergency tree removal. I also have them come out to do maintenance pruning on all the trees around my house. Peace of mind. The latest work was thinning out and balancing two loquats.

EC Tree Service helped me cut down a 2-story tree with stump grinding, and trim a couple other trees.
It was easy to get in touch. Communication was smooth before, during, and after the job. The folks showed up on time, got the work done in a reasonable time, and left the area very clean. Price was competitive.
During the stump grinding, I accidentally a broke a PVC water pipe in the ground next to the stump (it was my fault, not EC Tree). Very much appreciate them quickly helping to fix up the situation, and complete the job.
Would be happy to work with EC Tree Service for future tree work.
